Community Education

Training & Development

We provide a range of in-house Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs to help our lawyers stay current with legal developments, maintain professional credentials and support ongoing growth and excellence in legal practice.
Coaching & Mentorship
We have a comprehensive business development program that includes guidance on individual lawyer practice growth strategies, as well as ongoing marketing support and resources to further practice development. Lawyers can participate in annual workshops covering topics that address a wide range of marketing and business development best practices, and also have access to individual coaching sessions to develop tailored growth plans.
BridgeBuilders is our mentoring initiative designed to strengthen professional relationships and promote career development across the firm. Junior lawyers connect with senior mentors across departments, gaining insights, guidance and support as they build their careers. Mentors also benefit by sharing their knowledge and experience while helping colleagues navigate challenges and achieve success together.
Health & Wellness
In addition to firm-sponsored EAP programs, our internal Well-Being initiative is designed to help every team member thrive by fostering a healthy, supportive workplace culture. We offer a range of resources, including expert-led webinars, fitness challenges and other programs to support physical, emotional and mental well-being throughout the year.
